GOOGLE ANALYTICS
If you grant your consent, we process your personal data together with the service Google Analytics, Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as joint controllers, for the purpose of error analysis and statistical evaluation of our website. Failure to grant consent has no immediate impact on the functionality of the website; however, without statistical data, further development of the website is more difficult for us. In particular, U.S. intelligence agencies may access your data without informing you and without you being able to take legal action against it. For this reason, the European Court of Justice declared the former adequacy decision (Privacy Shield) invalid in a judgment.
RECAPTCHA
To protect your requests via internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection provisions of Google apply to these data. GOOGLE MAPS
Google Maps is an online map service provided by Google Inc. With Google Maps, you can search for exact locations of cities, points of interest, accommodations, or companies on the internet via a PC or app. If companies are represented on Google My Business, additional information about the company is displayed alongside the location. To display directions, map sections of a location can be embedded into a website via HTML code. Google Maps displays the earth’s surface as a street map or as aerial or satellite imagery. Thanks to Street View images and high-quality satellite images, very precise representations are possible.
Why do we use Google Maps on our website?
All our efforts on this site pursue the goal of offering you a useful and meaningful time on our website. By integrating Google Maps, we can provide you with the most important information about various locations. Thanks to Google Maps, you can see at a glance where our company headquarters are located. The directions always show you the best or fastest route to us. You can retrieve directions for routes by car, public transport, on foot, or by bicycle. For us, providing Google Maps is part of our customer service.
What data are stored by Google Maps?
In order for Google Maps to fully provide its service, the company must collect and store data from you. This includes, among other things, entered search terms, your IP address, and latitude and longitude coordinates. If you use the route planner function, the entered starting address is also stored. However, this data storage takes place on Google Maps’ websites. We can only inform you about this, but have no influence on it. Since we have embedded Google Maps into our website, Google sets at least one cookie (name: NID) in your browser. This cookie stores data about your user behavior. Google primarily uses this data to optimize its own services and to provide individual, personalized advertising to you.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
