Growth Mindset is often misunderstood as blind optimism or “just try harder”.
In reality, it is a leadership mindset that shapes how people deal with uncertainty, mistakes and change.
In my work with leaders, Growth Mindset means:
- starting before everything is perfect
- learning through action instead of over-planning
- taking ownership and acting as a role model, rather than waiting for others to move first
This mindset is especially powerful in times of transformation, when clarity, courage and learning speed matter more than flawless concepts.
